The only limits
Limits exist to stop abuse, not to sell upgrades: 10 submissions a minute from one IP address, 60 a minute per access key, and 1 MB per submission. A real contact form never comes near them; a spam flood does.
Not available yet
So you can decide now rather than find out later, these are not supported at the moment:
- File uploads
- Automatic replies to the person who submitted
How can it be free?
A form backend is cheap to run: one server, a database and email delivery. The cost grows with email volume, which is what the abuse limits keep in check. There is nothing to upsell, so there is no reason to cap submissions or hold features back.
Will it stay free?
That is the plan. If it ever changes, forms you already run keep working and account holders hear about it by email at least 30 days in advance, as the terms promise.
