Acceptable use policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

SilentForms is free for everyone, which only works if it is not misused. Using SilentForms for any of the following can get a form, a key or an account suspended without notice.

Not allowed#

  • Phishing or deception: forms that collect passwords, payment details or other credentials while pretending to be someone else, or that mislead people about who is collecting their data.
  • Spam: using SilentForms to send unsolicited messages, including pointing a form or webhook at addresses that did not ask for them.
  • Illegal content or activity: collecting or sending anything unlawful where you or your visitors are, or helping others do so.
  • Sensitive data without care: collecting health, financial, government ID or similar sensitive data without a lawful reason and the protection that data needs. SilentForms is not designed for card numbers or passwords; never collect those.
  • Harassment or abuse of people through forms or their submissions.
  • Malware: using forms or webhooks to distribute malicious code or links.
  • Abusing the service: getting around rate limits, generating keys in bulk, using other people's keys, probing or overloading our systems, or using SilentForms to send traffic to systems you do not control.

Reporting abuse#

If you see a SilentForms form being misused, or you receive unwanted email sent through SilentForms, write to [email protected] with the page address or the email you received. We investigate every report and suspend forms that break this policy.
